  This is the worse place I’ve eaten !
  The owner , I guess Brandon ? He seems neglecting and not serious about his business. Staff is rude ! Real rude! If they have to repeat themselves then they won’t be sweet to u!
  Food is stale most of the time and out of freaking everything that u feel like eating !
  Horrible place to eat ! Dirty and flies all over !
  Instead go to Mcd ! People are sweet over there and better food with better service and price

  This restaurant is by far the worst in Canada. The new owners from Ontario promised it would be better than the last, but it’s actually worst now. It’s filthy dirty all of the time. The bathrooms stink so bad you gag. There’s always garbage and food on tables, floors and counters. You don’t even want to touch the doors, the glass has never been cleaned I don’t think. The staff is lazy, slow and unpleasant. There’s flies on the food at all times. The coffee is usually burnt and old.

  Very slow and poor service. Was greeted by a rude server after waiting for 10 minutes with no one else in line. They still got my order wrong...

  Usually don’t give a review unless I try three times and the experience is same as before.
  
  Worst experience in drive through all the time. Person taking the order won’t pay attention to what customers says. Even though the item number from the menu was provided and saw the order on the screen as well. But at the counter my order got wrong. And this did happened not once. That’s why I rarely go to Tim’s now.

  I ordered chicken ceasar salad, the lettuce on the bottom of the bowl was brown, had to throw it out. Won't order that again.
